AAM fails - unable to install CS6 applications

I succed to install photoshop cs6 and illustrator cs6.

AAM downloads correctly the files but then fails to install them.

(by the way, it doesn't show me PS and AI installed)

Exit Code: 7

try to delete these folders before install (Note that it will delete all previous installs if you have older versions on your machine 😞

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\caps.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\backup.

MAC :

[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD

[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps

[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/backup

Are you on mac or win?

Try this :

1- Rename the OOBE folder on :[MacHD]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/

2- Rename the OOBE folder on :[MacHD]/users/your session/Library/Application Support/Adobe/

3- Rename the "Media_db" and "pdb" files (if present) on : [MacHD]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps/

4- Uninstall application manager from application and reinstall it from :

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4774&fileID=4438

5- Reinstall applications

I found only the OOBE folder. But i didn't fully understand your instructions. With what should I rename it?

Like you want,for example "OOBEold" ,the application will create another one.

Strange ,You made a new application download or used the one downloaded at the beginning?

Try this :

- Run cleaner tool to clean all previous install ( Cloud and suites):

-Create a new admin account and log on it in minimal startup (after reboot, maintain the shift key clicked to boot in minimal startup ) and try to install

Damn... the uninstaller doesn't find anything to uninstall. Which is weird as PS and AI are still installed and working.

Is there a way to do it manually?

The Applications are installed from a cloud or from direct download?

Have you already installed other applications correctly?

You must choose cloud when you launch the cleaner.

Please give more details of your installation :

-Have you previous products installed?

-Have you installed trial versions?

-Can you install some other applications?
