HI! I recently purchased the complete CC suite... I installed almost all the programs I need to use, but... can't run ANY of them... When I try to open Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, or After Effects, I get "Adobe (insert name here) stopped working" and a different problem each time.... Sometimes  application error 0xc000001d , or ""the exception illegal instruction an attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction (0vc000001d) occured in the application at location 0xf0536cd5"---

I got these two: (photoshop and premiere respectively)

But it never gets past that. At this point it must be something in general... Checked the video card drivers, looked all over, ran a full scan for malware with 2 different antivirus... Nothing... Anyone around to help?! THX!!!!

Please check if this works: Adobe Creative Cloud applications close immediately after launch

In case it does not we can always switch to a more in-depth support. Chat one-on-one with us here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Same issue here my friend.  With no assistance form Adobe. I just went back to using the 2014 versions on Premiere, Speed Grade, and Audition.  Hopefully by the end of the year they have this issue, which isn't isolated, sorted out.

Hi santiagol,

What is the operating system you are using?

If you have Windows 7, make sure that Service Pack 1 is installed on your computer.
