Subscription version of Acrobat XI will not download onto my Windows Vista system.  Can I get Acrobat X instead?

adobe doesn't sell older software versions.  you can download a trial, though.

did you use compatibility mode (xp sp 3 - for 32 bit, xp sp2 - for 64 bit)  and, if so, what problem are you having with acrobat xi?  (and is that pro or standard?)

Acrobat XI is designed not to install on Vista. As to getting an earlier version, you will need to contact Adobe directly.
