Adobe Air error message "Application Descriptor not found" appears after Windows has started on my laptop PC. I installed ver 18.0.0.144. How you I fix this?

I get an error message "Application Descriptor not found" for Adobe Air after Windows has started on my HP laptop PC.  How do I fix this.  I installed Adobe Air ver 18.0.0.144
