The discussions I have seen suggest that CS3 ME edition no longer exists and can no longer be activated.

Kirank44740457, I am sorry, but Test Screen Name is correct.  The Middle Eastern version of Creative Suite 3 was produced by Winsoft International - https://winsoft-international.com/ .

If you still have the installation files provided by Winsoft, then you may be able to reinstall Creative Suite 3.  If you do not, then please contact https://winsoft-international.com/ to see if there are any other options that you can pursue.
