I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 11 online 18 months ago.  Switched PCs, trying to download it again to the new PC.  Get this error:  "The file archive part of Adobe Premiere Elements 11 is missing.  You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Premiere Elements.  Please download all parts." Any ideas/help? - Jacque

you need file 1 of 2 and file 2 of 2.  you only downloaded one of them (the exe).  you also need the 7z.

download both, put them in the same directory and click or double click the exe.

    Downloads available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I try and download 'part 1' of the 32 bit version and get the above message. I then download 'part2' and nothing happens. It doesn't start, doesn't appear anywhere and my downloads folder is empty. Please help! I did look at the help page, it doesn't address any of this and although I have a serial number, I haven't got to the stage where I've been asked for it.

use a different browser and/or a different (wired) connection and/or a download manager.

also, if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  Photoshop Elements 11 Direct Download Links: Free Trials, Premiere | ProDesignTools

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
