No. If you want Retina support, you must upgrade to CS6, but these specific updates are still in the works.

Is the update for Retina display support still in the works? - it would be great to know. I just bought a Macbook Pro with retina display and would like to upgrade to the latest retina update. - I'm using CS5 photoshop, illustrator, inDesign, acrobat on it now and it's very pixely. . . . not so good, . . . I have an iMac that I use at home and CS5 is fine on mountain lion. it's very nice in fact. - Just would like to know! -
