I found that if you have installed "Team Viewer" there is another anti-malware app that is installed as well. It is called ByteFence. This program will cause issues when you try to update your Adobe CC. You do not need to disable your antivirus or firewall or switch networks. You only need to go into the Control Panel and remove ByteFence. Your updates will be back in business.
