Cs5.5 master collection wont install After Effects or Premier

Just upgraded from CS4 to CS5.5 and installation errors on After effects and Premier. I'm running windows 7 64 bit pro service pack 1,Duel x5650 xeons,  24 gigs of memory, 250 gb ssd. Before installing CS5 I uninstalled cs4. After the first installation error I unistalled cs5, ran the AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool.exe, and removed all the adobe folders from my program files and program files(x86) folders. I've spent the last 4 hours searching for a solution, no luck yet though. I don't have any user account controls set. I think it's a font permision problem but don't know. I called adobe tech support, but no luck. Any help would be apprecieated. the following is the error code.

    I tried installing the premiere Pro cs5.5 trial in hopes that I could recreat the success of After Effects, but no such luck.

    I ran the support advisor again and the token number for the premiere installer is 00-12604-151716122011.

    So I decided to try a clean install on one of my firms computers that has never had any Creative Suite Product installed on it. The machine is identical to one of the machines that I've been having trouble with and everything installed just fine. So I think it's got something to do with previous instalations. And now that I have all my permisions and ownership set for fonts, I decided to re-install cs5 completely. Previously I've just run the installer and the instaler says all the programs with the exception of Premier and after effects have been installed and it by default unselects all other programs from the install, so I set them to all install and it worked.

    Ah excellent Kelly001a glad to hear! 

    Yes one of the steps in the document Resolve installation problems with CS5 Cleaner Tool | CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 was to completely remove the software.  If this step was not completed then it makes sense that you would continue to experience difficulties.

    Jeff,

    I did unistall master collection prior to running the cs cleaner tool. It was one of the first things I did when CS5 would not install after effects or premier. I unistalled CS 4 Master collection, installed CS5 Master collection. The installation failed. I uninstalled CS5, ran the cleaner tool. Removed cs4 and cs5 using the cleaner tool. when I re-installed cs5 after the cleaner tool I continued to get the error and after effects and premiere would not install. The error message and the exit codes continued to reference font errors. I could not delete many of the adobe installed fonts, in my windows/font folder. After I removed all the font's that adobe installed and toook ownership of the font folder. I still could not install after effects and premeire. the cs5 installer allways returned the same errors. strangley when i reinstalled all cs5 programs not just trying to install after effects and premeir, the installation worked.

    I would recommend following the steps in the below mentioned document :

    Error 1603

    The steps mentioned are for CS5 products, and the same steps hold good for CS5.5 as well,

    Thanks. I tried the all the steps in the link you provided. Plus a few others from adobe support, I spent about 4 ½ hours on the phone with them over the past 2 days. I reinstalled all the Microsoft payloads, updated my video drivers, admin privileges, closed all my services and startups, uninstalled adobe air, flash player, deleted a few fonts from my system, although that was a pain because I had to go into safe mode to delete them, and I lost track off the rest. I haven’t had any troubles installing any other software, including CS4.

    Here is the new error when I try to install either after effects or Premier

    I forgot to mention that this is also happening on two different computers at my firm. the only difference is the computer processor, an i7-2600 with 16 gigs of memory. It also had CS4 previously installed, but was uninstalled prior to cs5 installation.
