I'm having problem to update my payment issue.

It says that payment had been made and I got confirmation email. But soon it has got denied or failed.

I used to use with the same card for years.

I think that I need to talk to someone directly because none of those answers on the website don't work.

I have the same problem. I have been unable to use Creative Cloud apps since yesterday. Adobe support reported that it was a system problem.
