Downloaden von Desgin CS5.5 Standard Student nach PC-Absturz fehlgeschlagen

Über eine Hilfe beim Neu-Installieren meiner gekauften CS5.5 Standard-InDesign-Version wäre ich Euch sehr dankbar. Seit meinem PC-Absturz komme ich leider nicht mehr an meine "Creativ Suite Design CS5.5 Standard Student". Auch mit Eingabe der Schlüssel-Nummer, die ich bereits vom Support per E-Mail erhalten habe (und diese auch mit meiner damaligen Nr. identisch war) ... komme ich nicht weiter. Eine Meldung "die eingegebene Nummer sei nicht für das Produkt geeignet" erscheint. Telefon-Nr.-Hotline 069-50071855 ist nicht erreichbar. Leider meldet sich auch der Support nicht mehr auf meine weitere Anfrage. Echt traurig, dass hier wenig Hilfe erwartet werden kann, wo doch die Adobe-Produkte nicht gerade billig sind. Hoffe, ich erhalte HIER im Forum einen wertvollen Tipp. Bin schon soweit, dass ich denke, es liegt evtl. an der falschen Version, die ich versuche herunterzuladen. Bin ich denn im dem Download-Bereich auf der Seite:  Herunterladen von Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 -Produkten überhaupt richtig? (Deutsche Version Desgin Standard CS5.5 für Windows).     Irisb36781268, I am sorry you are facing errors that the serial number is not accepted when you are installing the Windows version of Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard.  You have an education license to use the software so the retail installation files at Herunterladen von Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 -Produkten​ will not be accepted. 

    To install you will need to use the original installation files provided with your purchase.  If the current computer does not feature an optical drive then use a computer that does to transfer the files to a USB drive.
