My computer has been wiped clean due to a virus. I have my e-mail address and code when I originally purchased and downloaded Fireworks CS3. How do I download it again into my "like brand new" computer?

Windows 7 is my OS.
I can't find the CS3 serial number from the Adobe website; I found it in my e-mail in the thank you e-mail I received from Adobe when I ordered it.

Right click on ADBEFWK.exe file and then select Troubleshoot compatibility option and then try to install.

I can't find that exe file and comparability is not the problem. I can't log in and I can't find any record of having downloaded it (although I have the authenticity code).

My download folder is long gone. Besides. My problem now isn't downloading it. I managed to do that. But when I entered the authenticity code, it was rejected. Why? According to Fireworks FAQ, you can only re-install within 3 years. Then you're out of luck. And I'm not spending $400 for a program that I already paid for and worked fine until my computer caught a cold. Thank you, Fireworks! I'll tell all of my friends and colleagues how great a company you are, not!

okay , in this case , it is better to contact Adobe Customer Support once and have check with serial number , they can provide you exact information like what exactly has happened.

No, that won't work because I'm a second-class citizen and they don't offer phone support to me. And that's the way they like it, I guess.

If you are not getting Chat option , then you will need to wait until a official Adobe staff check this post and reply.. they can check serial number status.
Other than Official Adobe Staff with staff badge ,do not provide any info regarding serial number,

But Adobe shouldn't put me through that again since I am and was a paid and registered user. I was about ready to go to your competition.

I would also like to share the tip to avoid this situation, whenever, you are uninstalling the software, make sure we deactivate it first, to that you may use that activation count next time we install it.
