Downloading Fireworks CS3 again

My computer has been wiped clean due to a virus. I have my e-mail address and code when I originally purchased and downloaded Fireworks CS3. How do I download it again into my "like brand new" computer?

Chat is not available. I'll never buy an Adobe product again.... cya!

Hi BillyBob,

We are sorry for that inconvenience that it has caused to you. We have checked the details of your account and case number and we have fixed that serial number as well.

Please try to activate Fireworks CS3 now, hopefully it should work.

Thanks.

Windows 7 is my OS.

I can't find the CS3 serial number from the Adobe website; I found it in my e-mail in the thank you e-mail I received from Adobe when I ordered it.

Right click on ADBEFWK.exe file and then select Troubleshoot compatibility option and then try to install.
