Error 213 19

Hi!

I tried to dowload the 30 days trial for Illustrator on my laptop (windows 8) but when the app is downloaded when I try to open I have the error message : 213:19 .

Can someone recommend me what to do please?

Run the attached executable file.

  Download  Adobe Licensing Fix Tool.zip  from the link below, and extract the executable file.

       Adobe Licensing Fix Tool.zip

  Close all Adobe applications.
•   

  Right-click the extracted file, and click Run as Administrator.
•   

  Relaunch the product.
