Error 213 19

Hi!

I tried to dowload the 30 days trial for Illustrator on my laptop (windows 😎 but when the app is downloaded when I try to open I have the error message : 213:19 .

Can someone recommend me what to do please?

    The

    Run the attached executable file.    

    •   
      Download  Adobe Licensing Fix Tool.zip  from the link below, and extract the executable file.

    •   
      Close all Adobe applications.

    •   
      Right-click the extracted file, and click Run as Administrator.

    •   
      Relaunch the product.
      Worked and immediately remedied the problem.  Thanks for the incredibly fast turnaround.  It resolved an issue I've been attempting to correct for almost a week
