How can I get a refund for my Photoshop and Premiere Elements 15?

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements 15 I tried to install to my latest laptop with windows 10 from email but unable to do so.

I would like to send me disk as I also have desktop no internet connection .

I been customer for several years and always had disk can you arrange to send me disk .

    When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

    Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

    What is the exact error message that you see?

    Adobe does not provide discs... if you can't install, do a return and buy from a vendor like Amazon to get a disc

    I will be happy to return I spend a lot of time and can't download at least with the disk I had no problems in the past .

    Please refund £80.05 back to my credit card and I will buy in my local Currys store .

    PS I have Photoshop 14 version but 15 seems to have new futures.

    Dear JohnPlease arrange for refund of £80.05 for bundle that I been asking since December as I can't download on my system .As soon as I get the refund than I will purchase disk.Your prompt reply would be appreciated.
