How long does Photoshop take to install?

It says it's downloading, but it's been over 12 hours.  How do you know the status of the download?  In the Apps section of the Creative Cloud, I've just had this "spinning" blue line for the longest time, and I don't know how to figure out if anything is happening or not.  I've retried a few times, but the same thing is happening.  Should I just be patient, or is anything actually happening?
