I wish to purchase the illustrator cs6. I am confused about the purchasing options. I do not wish to use ICloud at this stage. Can someone please explain how to purhcase and download the Illustrator Package without ICloud. Thank you.

They are making it harder to find the links to purchase but they are still around. If you go to the following page and give it time to load, when you click the Buy link next to the software title it will open a form there to start the purchasing process.
