How to deactivate a serial number without the program on computer

Someone help me!!

Have tried to talk to the chat help people but am having no luck!

I have had CS6 Master Collection on my computer for 2 years now. And suddenly one day it stopped working and the serial number kept saying it had been revoked... which it had on my computer!

Anyways I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it but I cant activate the download as its saying the serial number has already been revoked... yes I know this!

Is there any way to deactivate the serial number without having the program on the computer???

When you have a non-functioning computer and can't deactivate

Be sure to ONLY ask for activation support to adjust your activation count
