My mom had a account on this pc and she forgot her password. So i wanted to create a new account for myself and i unistalled the creative cloud. I installed reinstalled it and now it says that i have to type in my olds account password and email adress. Please help me.
A simple uninstall may not clear her old information
Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...
