Illustrator app error at start up

I have been trying to start illustrator cs6 64 bit, I keep getting same error notice, Application loading error AppBarControls.aip, ScriptingSupport.aip, services,aip. I close error window, illustrator seems working but when I try to create new document, windows asks me to close it up. I can run 32bit illustrator cs6 without any problem (as it seems). There was no problem before, it happens during last days. I appreciate any help to solve my problem.

system is i5, gtx760,8gb ram, windows8.1(eng), adobe products (turkish)

Start by reinstalling the program and make sure your security tools are not blocking the relevant components.

I appreciate your reply Mylenium, I have reinstalled 3 times, this is first time I have ever got such issue during years. May I ask what kind of security tools may block. Since I have not installed anything new for months to my system, neither didn't do any change. Problem is appeared last week, all of a sudden.
