Install After Effects and Premiere Pro on 32-bit version of Windows?

i have windows 8 and i want install Adobe After effect and adobe premiere pro, how? could you tell me about it.. thanks

    Then you cannot install or run Premiere Pro or After Effects. They require a 64 bit computer.
