I am a member of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps & contributing monthly subscription of Rs.676.00 from 22.05.2015 to the current month from my SBI Credit Card. I am using PC with OS Windows 7, Professional, 64 bit . I require two softwares (1) Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5, Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, & (2) Adobe photoshop CS6 Extended (X86). I have Creative Cloud apps software which was updated very recently . Now when I download the softwares, option "Buy Now" or "Trial" version are showing in Creative cloud brouser , previously there were are no such restrictions, when I click to download any apps from Creative Cloud brouser, autometically downloaded without any "trial" or "Buy" mode . This may be due to the fact that Creative Cloud Application Unexpectedly revert to Trial Mode.
Regarding Photoshop CS6 - Extended, I have downloaded & installed the software but could not activate it . when I click "icon" in the brouser , message giving "photoshop extended trial - your trial has expired " when I click "Licese this software", sign in screen appears , I am signing in , click " continue" --nothing happens , previous screen reappears & nothing happens .
The matter has previously been advised through "Adobe Support Centre - Contact Us" & received advise from Ned Murphy on 23.10.2016 & 30.10.2016 , John T. Smith on 24.10.2016 and Nancy O on 28.10.2016 through e-mail. I have tried following their advise but could not solve the problem.
I am suffering from this problem since 2-3 months , now I am asking for your opinion that if I cancel my monthly subscription and reopens & pay the subscription as a fresh. Whether the problem, making this, will be solved or not?. Otherwise I have close my membership forever.
So I request to solve my problem such that I can activate above softwares.
