I'm a student at the Academy of Art University and I've been trying to access my registered student version of Adobe CC Suite, but it keeps saying that my key code has already been used, so I've been using the trial version do to my homework. The trial, however, is expiring in the next few days and we're starting to work on our final projects.Help?

If you have redeemed your redemption code it is necessary to redeem it again, The subscription might be assigned to your email address.

No error messages. When I go to enter the redemption code through the creative cloud's educard site, it just says "Oops! This code has already been redeemed." I actually haven't even gotten a chance to enter into the actual Creative Cloud software.
