Problem with activation of creative cloud apps

Hello!

When i try to activate the apps bundled with creative cloud, It asks me for a serial key. But creative cloud dont need a serial key.

How do I fix this? do i just wait?

Close all application and Clear the bowser cache. Launch CS6 application and check, if you still get the activation .

Click on License the software and type in the Adobe ID. It would work.

Well first I downloaded the Adobe aplication manager and then i used it to download photoshop, illustrator etc... when i start the apps i click License this software and then i log in. A little wheel spins for a few seconds and then it asks me for serial key.

Did you logged in to  https://creative.adobe.com/ before you launch  the Adobe Application Manager and download the products?

1) Choose 'Creative Cloud' from the field 'Select Your Adobe Product'

2) Choose the option " Download, installing and setting up" from drop down menu for the option ' Tell us what you need help with?'

Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

1) Navigate to Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD/Cache and rename the cache.db to cacheold.db

2) Launch the CS6 Application It will ask to enter the Serial Number, select Try.

3) Enter the Adobe ID and Password which was used to purchase the Creative Cloud.

4) Quit the application and re-launch and check if you are still ask to enter the serial number.

This link has resolved my problem with the trial version issue. It is a language problem; I bought an english version of creative cloud and installed it in spanish becose my OS X version. Thanks!!!

little note:  if you clear up the browser cash, the Application Manager goes back to the defaults  language settings of your operating system.

have to set it back to English before installing app's

win7 64 : non English   (buyed the English cc version)

test test......ah, removed cc Photoshop (20 days to go)

new download, install & done. You even don't have to activate > its done !  ...and the ui stayed the same ? 

so for those where cc works fine but the app ask for serial

remove the app via win

clean your browser cache (warning if you already set to English>>>after cleaning the browser cache the app manager goes back to the language off your sys,)

set the app manager back to English & download/install/open app  > and it is activated.

The apps start up fine after I solved the language issue but whatever I do, the Creative Cloud still starts up in trial mode.

I've got 15 days left, I'm using CS professionally  and really need it solved within the next two weeks!

What happens when you license the software and enter your Adobe ID and password , Ideally it should serialize your creative cloud membership as serial number are affiliated with Adobe ID.
