SURFSPOT LICENSE DOESN'T WORK!!!?

I bought an Surfspot license for on my pc. but after typing in the code, you could create. Now my Creative Cloud opens up and I thought everything would be in there. But my creative cloud still says I have to buy all the programms. Where did this go wrong? I already had an Creative Cloud account, because I used a free try out. But after that I bought the license on surfspot. I don't know what to do, I'm a student, and really need these programs!! Thanks for you time, I hope it will be fixed.
