Serial Number for Lightroom 5.7.1 HELP!

When I bought my new camera, I got a package with CD's and serial numbers for Lightroom 5 and premiere elements 12. I only used the Lightroom one, and of course I lost the CD. I just recently formatted my hard drive and when I wanted to download Lightroom again (I thought I could do it online and just use the serial number that I had in this package) I got the 5.7.1 version. The serial number I already had did not work for this version. Can this be fixed or do I have to buy a new serial number?

Well... it did not.

I went to that page you referred to and headed over to ''My Adobe'' and clicked ''my products'' and it says that I have ''Adobe Photoshop Lightroom'', my Serial Number and that it's version 5.0. I tried that serial number over again (it was the same as the package I had) and it did not work. I got the message: ''The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.''

Maybe that's what I have to do if there's nothing else that works...

if you have a serial number for Lightroom 5, you can use it to get your Lightroom 5.7.1, as it's an update of Lightroom 5.

However, as you are unable to activate it due to invalid serial number error,In this case you have to download your Lightroom latest version from the below link:

For Windows:
