Hi,

Let me share a brief history, our company had purchased licences in China for Adobe InDesign CC to be installed on the systems on our China team. Now recently, company has decided to move the Indesign related work to Mumbai, India. Hence we had to get the software installed on our systems. Two of the systems in India had to get the software installed. Software was installed on both the systems, but on one of the systems, when the application is launched i get a message saying "This subscription to InDesign CC is licensed to be used in Simplified Chinese only and must now quit." How do i change the language to English? Kindly support.

Can you go to the Creative Cloud App and in the prefererences there should be an option to select Region, set this your desired region and try again.

If not, you may need to get in touch with Support to transfer the subscription.

I'm having same problem, how did you solve it?

We are trying to buy the CC full package from China . Out IT informed me that, we can only use Chinese interface, while my colleguage is French, and I could believe it. So I found the local vendor from adobe's website link, they said, in China, we can only use Chinese interfaceh, not possible to use English interface. I still couldn't believe it, then I installed CC, the trial version works well of both Chinese and English interface (Illustrator etc.).. Then, I asked IT to buy it, cause I still believed such big Adobe won't be so strange,

However, when we put the PO into system, and got a temp license from venor(to pay next week), we found the error " "This subscription to XXXX CC is licensed to be used in Simplified Chinese only and must now quit." All the setting in CC or in software like Photoshop change interface language won't work at all, same error.

Please help me on it, or I have to stop buying it... Not possible to use Chinese interface for my French colleguages.
