Where can I download Photoshop Elements 9?

Photoshop Elements 9 was included with the purchase of my Bamboo.  I downloaded and activated my product and have my serial number but have now lost the downloaded installation.  I need to re-image my laptop and want to reinstall my software but since I did not purchase directly from Adobe, there is no order number so I don't have a download link.  Please help.

You can try to contact the company that made the Bamboo. You got it from them.

They didnt give me any media, just the serial number with instructions to go to www.adobe.com and download the trial version, then unlock it with the serial number.  I dont know why Adobe attaches the download to the order and not the product serial number.

Adobe manuafacters and supports Photoshop Elements and the fact the the price for Photoshop Elements is hidden in the price for a Wacom Bamboo doesn't discharge Adobe from the moral obligation to support products they've sold.

You can download the trial for Photoshop Elements 9 by following the instructions listed at http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-direct-download-links.html.  Please make sure to complete the Very Important Instructions section prior to scrolling down the page and clicking on the download links.  I would recommend you burn a back up of the install files in case you need them again in the future.

Once downloaded you can input your serial number while installing the Photoshop Elements 9 software.

In general for bundling purchases, such as this, the company is provided software media to include with their product.  It is up to that company however on how exactly they may choose to distribute the software.  It sounds like they may have assumed that you could simply download the trial of Photoshop Elements 9, which would have been the current version when they set up this bundle offer, as the versions of Photoshop Elements have progressed of course this would no longer be an option from the main Adobe site. 

It may still be worthwhile to contact Wacom as they might have a box full of Photoshop Elements 9 CDs somewhere or a download link offered on their website.
