I have a serial/license for Adobe CS5 Design Master Collection that was bought   I have a new computer would like to install this software through a downloadable file. When i check the Adobe website, there is nothing listed with a working download link.I get:

Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/STAM/CS5/win32/MasterCollection_CS5_LS1.exe?” on this server.

Thanks for the link.

Am I missing any part of the instructions?

I used a direct cable for internet.

I used firefox and chrome

I turned off my virus scanner and disable adblock

I allowed pop ups

I double check my cookie setting to let downloads in

I have an adobe account.

Unfortunately download link still gets the same error.  Is there an actual working download link that doesn't send people in circles or hoops? Thanks.

That prodesigntools link works for everyone who wants to download CS5.

I just tried it myself and it works fine.

I suspect you're struggling at either Step #2 or Step #3.

Step 1 sends you (temporarily) to the Acrobat download page. Click Download.

Step 2 - cancel the dialogue box which pops up (don't need it)

Step 3 - back to prodesigntools.com and click the Master Collection CS5 download links.

Thanks everybody for the help.  There almost a few dozens of response of people who still have the same download issue so I contacted adobe tech support. Sunil was very helpful and gave me a working link and new set of instructions. So now CS5 is working on my new laptop.

Just as a heads up I had one tech support guy name Gavin, chatted me with on 7/23/2013 8:00pm who made a claim there no such option to download software that you already purchased and will continue to insist that you need to subscribe to Creative Cloud for $29.99 per month to get an upgrade and help. This is not adobe policy and just a sales pitch. Just be careful and there are nice honest people such as users on these forums who can help.
