Why IS THERE NO PHONE 24/7 NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ?? Forced to buy a card with a redemption code. as opposed

WHY is there no 24/ 7 customer service number , especially for those whom are trying to download rather pricey software

and forced to buy a card , with a scratch off sticker , covering rather unreadable letters and numbers. I was able to get to

chat with a rep , whom gave a phone number, when tried calling no one answered , and the rep was gone.  To be fair I

may be slow on the computer, but if I am forced to buy Adobe on a scratch and sniff card as opposed to an actual Disk

then please have a phone number when your codes don't work , as the forum that your website continually routes me

to , is not really able to help. Grinch
