ok I keep doing what your directions are telling me to but it just keeps sending in loops, I need to re activate my CS2, why cant I speak to someone about this

Are you trying to reset your Adobe ID password? If you are doing so then please start the password reset workflow again, as this link has expired. If you are trying something else then please let us know about your complete workflow.

    I had to reset the password to ask for assistance.

    The file was previously downloaded and failed to launch.

    The password reset links are valid for a fixed period of time and expires automatically. As requested earlier please try to reset the password again and check the workflow.
