The file was previously downloaded and failed to launch.

The password reset links are valid for a fixed period of time and expires automatically. As requested earlier please try to reset the password again and check the workflow.

I did the reset earlier this evening, after I downloaded the setup file.

the setup program failed to execute before the download, and after the download.
