Hi,

you must enter your serial again:

delete cache.db in :

  • On Windows cache.db file is located in Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache
  • On Mac OS X, the cache.db file is located in Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD/cache

Launch your product and enter your serial again .

It's the user library ,to have access to this library:

In the Finder, select the Go menu from the menu bar at the top of your screen. While the Go menu is displayed, hold down the option key "alt" on your keyboard ,the Library folder will appear between the Home and Computer folders :

Cache.db contains your serial.deleting this file will just force the application to ask again for the serial.

When you launch the application ,normally it must give you the possibility to license the software .

strange, this file is mandatory and contains the license .I advise you to uninstall and reinstall one application, for example Photoshop to recreate this PCD  folder, otherwise it won't work .

Hello,

I have posted an issue that might be similar to the one here.....

Mine is here: Re: What is this 'free trial' I'm having?

I have a Windows 8 and my product is Adobe Creative Suite 6 Production Premium.

So if I go with your suggestion, I can get rid of the 'free trial' dialog box that's been popping up? Because I already bought and verified my product.

Thank you.
