impossible to cancel subscription, to get in contact with a live agent

Dear Team,

Please proceed with cancelling my subscription because there is no way from my inside account to do it, no way to get in contat with a live agent, it seems Adobe freezes (hope not intentionally) all that ways that you can manage cancelling the subscription.....I don't know what happening with Adobe but I'am very dissapointed of such situation....The reason fyor cancelling the adobe subscription is that I will make another one affiliated to a company. Please aknowledge receiving this message and confirm me the cancelling of my subscription

    Please cancel my subscription asap! i get charged $29.99 for months and don't use any of this at all. I can't cancel online bc when I'm signed in, it doesn't give me a chance to cancel anything under "my plan", only to upgrade it. What the heck? So, i called customer support, spent 45 mins with a guy, and he said he can't locate my account!! So, what do I do?? Every month I get charge for something I don't use!! Please help!

    Hi Naidina,

     

    Sorry about your situation, but we can't do what you're requesting. We are users as you are with no priviledge in regards to the Adobe business. You need to contact Customer Service (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, use the little callout at the right bottom of the screen and type "agent" to get a living person instead of the chat bot).

     

    You can also self cancel: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-creative-cloud-subscription.html. I would recommend that.
