premier pro cc doesn't work on my pc.

ati r9 290 gpu

wd black 1tb 7200rpm hdd

none of the adobe programs work on my rig.

both premier and media encoder both stop at launch.

windows 10 64 bit

if nothing from cc is working on your computer, uninstall everything cc that is installed, clean per Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems, restart your computer and install the cc desktop app from here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install premiere pro.

suspend any antivirus you might be running, right click the exe and click 'run as administrator'.

Disabled my antivirus that didn't work. neither did run as administrator. also the reset preferences link doesn't work as my computer doesn't have anything loaded on it from premier on it because the program won't start on my PC at all. it tries to launch then it gets stuck at loading importerquicktime.prm then a pop up shows up and says adobe premiere pro cc 2015.2 has stopped working. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close and notify you if a solution is available. Thank you for trying to help. I am wanting to learn so that I can get into video editing as a job.
