I keep activating  the USE GPU  and get no errors, however the support is unchecked each time I start lightroom.

Even If the workaround does not help, add your me-too vote to the post and then you will get notified with updates to the issue/fix.

Also, I believe that there is a recently released beta version of the Intel video drivers that may help too?

If you change one of the other preferences (just as an experiment) does that one stay set the next time you open Lightroom? I've seen posts where the preferences weren't sticky.

Now, Photoshop says it's enabled. Lightroom won't keep the setting, and bridge says unsupported hardware.. Nice how they all work the same way
