    Upper right of the help page has a link for a .pdf file (10mb), if this makes it any easier.

    Alas, the help file is pretty lame:  (1) no index, (2) even though you may select "This reference only" you will be taken to the general Adobe Help system.

    This needs to be fixed.

    Download the pdf file in the top right corner of "help".

    Got it.  Thanks.

    However, my post is still correct for the online Help file.  Even the PDF lacks an index.
