Nikon Z6 tether to LR?

It wont work. Can someone help?  Macbook pro Mojave OS to NIkon camera Z6.

That camera is not on the list of supported cameras for tethered operation. In fact, there are no mirrorless Nikon cameras on the list at this time. You will have to wait and see if Nikon adds support to their SDK, and then wait to see if Adobe adds the support to Lightroom. Nikon has to take the first step.

Support for the Z 6 and Z 7 was added to the Nikon SDK last November: Nikon Imaging | SDKダウンロード . It often takes several months or more for LR to incorporate the latest SDKs from Nikon and Canon.

Good to know. I'm not a follower of the SDK at all. I guess I'm just too old for that level of stuff.

What is SDK??

It is a software development kit that provides tools for creating plug-ins. Adobe provides one or Lightroom and other products. Camera manufacturers provide SDK's for their products as well.

How come I cant view photos with different presets set up in Picture control in Bridge, Raw and PS??
