I have been with PM support multiple times it appears to be LR issue, please help! When I sort and star images in PM it does not transfer to LR, none of my catalogs.
Thanks!

I don’t use PM myself, but if you want any metadata from PM to be recognised and read by Lightroom, then you must make sure that these metadata are written to the original files (in case of RGB images or DNG images) or to an XMP sidecar file (in case of proprietary raw files). Also make sure that these XMP files are not separated from their raw motherfile, and that you do not rename one, but not the other.

Also, and assuming the photos have already been imported into Lightroom Classic, then use Select All followed by Read Metadata from file, which can be found in Library module Metadata menu.

People tend to use PM to make their initial selections and ratings, and then import what they want to keep into Lightroom. So I’m assuming that the photos have not yet been imported, and that the problem occurs when they are imported. But if they are already imported and then still changed in PM (a bad idea by the way), then indeed you’ll have to do this to make Lightroom read those changes.

You’ve posted to an ancient thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same one you are currently experiencing. Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better off posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information, including system information, a complete description of the problem, and step-by-step instructions for reproduction.
If the issue is the same, we will merge you back into the appropriate location.
Thank you!
