I have tried for too long now to download lightroom classic and it always comes up with error code P1 I have tried everything suggested to resolve this and tried contacting customer services who either cut me off or keep me waiting for over 20 mins then offer no help by not answering my questions.

Is this happening to anyone else. how do I solve it

OH then the harassing emails come your case is still open and I am getting 3 of these a day on average.

Is this product really worth the hassle or should I spend more money on DxO?

Here’s some help docs about instal errors. Have you taken these steps? Resolve installation failure | Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

Have you confirmed that your computer meets the system requirements?

If you gave me a pound for every time i have been sent this email I would have earned a good amount of money by now. YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK YOUR EMAILS ARE INSULTING OF COURSE

I HAVE CHECKED AS I KEEP SAYING PLEASE DISCONTINUE MY ACCOUNT AND STOP EMAILING AS NONE OF YOU AT ADOBE HAVE A SOLUTION OR ANY IDEA OF WHAT I HAVE TRIED BEFORE ALTHOUGH I KEEP TELLING EVERY "CUSTOMER SERVICE" PERSON.

IF I RECEIVE ONE MORE EMAIL IN ANY LANGUAGE (FRENCH AND ENGLISH SOFAR) FROM ADOBE AGAIN SAYING THE CASE REMAINS OPEN I WILL REPORT YOU FOR HARASSMENT TO THE AUTHORITIES .

PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME I NO LONGER WANT ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

I am sorry this is happening to you. I am not an Adobe employee, only a community member who is trying to help you. You haven’t explained here exactly what steps you have already taken, and I have no way of knowing what your previous communication with Adobe support has been. If you want to share that information here, maybe one of us can help you, but without it we can’t.
