impossible de voir les images dans le module développement lightroom classique

Bonjour,

depuis la dernière mise à jour de lightroom classique, j'ai des problèmes avec la visualisation des images dans le module développement.

En fait, dans le module bibliothèque je vois parfaitement toutes mes images, mais lorsque je vais sur le module développement, l'image est complètement noire.

Quelqu'un a eu le même problème ?  Et comment on y remédie ?  J'ai plusieurs photos a retoucher pour un contrat et je n'aime pas trop me servir de lightroom cc.

A couple of possibilities

1. Running Lightroom in expired mode.

In Lightroom ckick on help, then click on System Information. Look at the second line of text, the one about License. It should state Creative Cloud. It should not state unknown. If it states unknown, then bring up the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application, see if you are signed in, if not, then sign in. If you are, then sign out followed by signing in.

2. Problem with GPU acceleration.

Another possibility is you have use of the GPU turned on, and for some reason that is causing the issue. Turn that off and see what happens.

effectivement, lorsque j'ai mis la carte graphique à off, l'image est apparue.

    Personnellement j'ai un problème légèrement similaire d'affichage dans le panneau développement. Lorsque mon application n'est pas en plein écran je peux voir ma photo sans problème. Mais lorsque je passe l'application en plein écran mon image est comme "brouillée"... J'ai déjà essayé tout ce que vous avez dit ci-dessus mais rien ne résout mon problème... Auriez-vous une idée d'où viendrait mon problème et comment le résoudre ? Merci d'avance.
