I just downloaded the Camera Raw update for Lightroom, but it will only import some of the .arw files from my Sony RX100 VI.  Why is this happening and how can I get it to import all of the files?  Thanks.

I don't know anything about the Mac. Lightroom CC 2015.14 is NOT up to date. You might be running an older Mac with an older operating system that cannot update to the current Lightroom. Lightroom has been upgraded to Lightroom Classic CC, and there have been five updates since then. The current version is Lightroom Classic CC 7.5, and that is the version that is required to support your camera. What Mac operating system are you using? Have you updated to LRCC 1.5?

If not, go to the Apps tab in Creative Cloud and check for updates.

It is not possible to update Lightroom by downloading the camera raw plug-in. What version of Lightroom are you using?

I updated everything two days ago and when I go to the Application Updater, it says everything is current.  It says I'm using Lightroom version CC 2015.14 (I'm using a Mac).  Some of the .arw files did successfully update, but others (a majority of them) did not.  (Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.  I'm a novice user.)  Thank you so much for all of your quick responses.

Thank you!  You solved my problem!  I had Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic both on my computer and I opened Lightroom CC instead of Classic.  Now that I'm using Classic, it works!  I need to delete the other one so I don't make this mistake again.  Thank you so much!

Wonderful! I'm so glad you were able to isolate the problem. Yes, it would be a good idea to get rid of the older version.
