Huion Tablet Lag Issue in Photoshop CC 2019 & Lightroom Classic on Mac OS X Catalina

I've just installed OS X Catalina and overnight my Huion Q11K has become unusable in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop CC 2019. 

 

When tapping the pen on the tablet and applying any pressure less than full the delay to the screen is in the region of 1 second. This is not just using brushes or interacting with the image, it also lags terribly when adjusting sliders and any control where the pen is touching the surface. The heaviest touch produces less delay.

 

I've also raised this issue with Huion as I'm unable to identify whether the tablet or Adobe software is at fault, but the difference is Catalina release.

 

Any clues welcome?

 

Currently rolling back to Mojave.

Hi

You're better off holding back on upgrading to Catalina for the moment as Adobe software has not been tested to run that the new OS, as far as I'm aware the next release of Adobe apps are been testing to run on Catalina.

    I've rolled back - although with a lot of effort - to Mojave for the moment and all normal functionality has been restored!
