Updates is not available !

I just did upgrade to Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019. The button for updates is not available !!! Why ??? I can't verify for updates !

What do you mean „when is PSE being released” ? It was released, I bought it from adobe store !

Can't you find the 4th post in the discussion which opens when you click the link in blue?

For your query: Help->Updates is greyed out, it will remain greyed out unless an update is available. If an update is available(given that your system is connected to internet), the update button will automatically get enabled. I hope this answers your query.

In other words, there has been a change in the way you check for updates. The option is greyed out until you are notified of the availability of an update. That is not likely just a few days after the version has been issued.
