When you drag and drop from the left folders panel to another location (drive or master folder), you don't copy, you move your files.

That is the way to copy from the Explorer/Finder. I don't know how to do that in the organizer. My own way is to use the menu File >> duplicate to create a copy, then I drag and drop the copy to the new media or folder.

3. For cd/dvd, you can use Select the media-> File-> Copy/Move to removable drives options.

That should also work with the USB stick.

My advice: use the 'export as new files' function of the organizer.
