Camera Raw 11 - opening Olympus ORF raw images failing?

Community Beginner ,

I have just upgraded to Photoshop CC 2019. I have Adobe Camera Raw 11 installed.

When I try to open one of my Olympus Raw files, the ACR app opens but the image is not displayed properly - see screen capture below.

I have tried changing the 'Workflow options' --> 'Resize to fit' but no luck.

I have also tried the 'Resize to fit' option but that doesn't do anything.

Any pointers very welcome?.

UPDATE

I have accessed Edit --> Preferences --> Camera Raw in Photoshop CC 2019, and unchecked the 'Performance' --> 'Use Graphics Processor' option.

This allows me to open up the raw file successfully.

I am using a Windows 10 64bit computer.

Thoughts?.

Hi Michael,

Thoughts?.

This usually means that the Graphics processor is not compatible with Photoshop or you might need to update the Graphics card drivers from the manufacturer's website.
