Zoomify is blocked by Chrome from local file. IE opens a pop-up info window stating the content is blocked has a allow block content button but if I click the allow blocked content button Zoomify is still blocked from local files. If I use Microsoft Edge browser Zoomify Works from my local file system. If I set Edge to be my default Web browser to Microsoft Edge. Photoshop CC 2019 export Zoomify option open in browser works. Older versions of Photoshop will Export Zoomify use Flash is block in Edge, Chrome and IE using local files.
I do not use a Mac. Apple's Safari may also block JavaScript from a local file
