so I open photoshop and it  give me message that The specified module could not be found plz help me  fix this isuee

As you have mentioned you are unable to use Photoshop as it fails to launch with an error message "The specified module could not be found".

Could you please let us know the version of Adobe Photoshop you are using, also, let us know the operating system of your machine with its version.

It would be helpful if you can share a screenshot of the error window as well, to know how to see: FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?
