Can I buy Premiere Pro (CS6 or newer) with a one time purchase?

Hi, I have used Adobe software at my local library and my school and I really love Premiere Pro. I really wanted to buy it on my own computer at home so I looked into it and realized that it is a subscription-based program. I really hate subscriptions and I want to find a way to buy Premiere Pro (CS6 or newer) with a one time purchase instead of a subscription. Can someone please help?

Sorry, but there is absolutely no way whatsoever to purchase any of the Adobe professional programs outright. CS6 was the last version ever offered with a perpetual license, and is now no longer being sold any more.

is there anywhere i can buy a serial code for premiere cs6?

You cannot do that any more. Adobe had ceased all sales of the CS programs and their licenses/serial codes a few years ago. The only perpetual licenses or serial codes available now from Adobe are those for the cheapo "Elements" versions, which are not as feature-filled and cannot take full advantage of modern hardware.
