Essential Sound - "loudness auto-match" function not displayed

Hi there!

I'm on Premiere Pro CC 12.1.1 and using Essential Sound for the first time.

In the tutorials I see that once I assign an audio type to a number of clips I then get the option/the section "loudness" and the button "auto-match" in my Essential Sound panel.

Now for some reason this section doesn't show up in my panel:

(It's the German version of the programm, I hope it's still visible that the loudness-section is not there ...)

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks!

Hi mirjag98680590,

it seems we might have had a translation error in there a couple of versions ago. What options do you see under "Intensität"? And if I may ask: is there a reason you have not updated Premiere to a more current version?

I had hoped it would be something simple like that

I didn't see I could click on "Intensität" and extend the options.

So it's all there, thank you!

(This is an editing system of an institution and apparently they haven't updated it to the latest version ...)

Glad it was so easy. If you can, do encourage the people in charge to update so you can benefit from fixes like these
