Premiere Pro CC 2017 Timeline Playhead Auto-Selecting Clips - Turn off?

Using the latest version of PP CC 2017 - it seems in the latest update there is a function that allow the play head to auto-select whatever clip it's resting on - is it possible to turn this off? In looking through previous forum discussions at one point there was an option to uncheck 'Select Follows Playhead' under the Sequence menu but I'm not seeing that option anymore. ??
