Premiere Pro only importing audio from .Mov Files

This is the case with EVERY video file, even ones i've imported to premiere pro in the past. All that gets imported is audio files.

Your tracking isn't set to drop a video section ... note the blue boxes on the timeline? Click the charcoal box to the far left on V1 so it turns blue. Then your video should appear.

Many times, although I never have done this and I have made 200+ videos on Premiere Pro without any problems until now, I don't know what I did to make it have this problem
